Refund Policy

At Coast Life Baby Bump, we want your experience with us to be smooth and stress-free from start to finish. We understand that sometimes things change or don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help you through it. Please read our refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect when booking your ultrasound session or purchasing from our store.

1. Non-diagnostic Ultrasound Services
We aim to provide the best ultrasound experience possible, but we understand that sometimes life gets in the way. Here’s what you need to know about refunds and cancellations for our ultrasound services:

Refunds
When you book an ultrasound with us, we require a 50% non-refundable booking deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit helps cover our costs and ensures we can dedicate the time and resources needed for your session.

While this deposit is non-refundable, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if plans change. Please read the rest of our policy below to understand your options.

Cancellations
We know things can come up, and we want to make it easy for you to cancel or reschedule if you need to. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

  • 48 hours’ Notice: If you cancel with 48 hours’ notice before your appointment, we will refund any amount you’ve paid, minus the 50% non-refundable deposit.
  • Less Than 48 hours’ Notice: If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, we will retain the 50% deposit and refund any additional payments you have made toward the booking.
  • Extenuating Circumstances: In certain situations (e.g., medical emergencies or unforeseen events), we may, at our discretion, offer a full or partial refund of your deposit. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if this applies to your situation.

Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes life changes unexpectedly, and you may need to reschedule your ultrasound appointment. Here’s how we handle rescheduling:

  • 24 Hours’ Notice: If you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we’ll be happy to reschedule your session at no additional charge.
  • Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, we’ll need to take a new 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the new appointment. We’ll cancel your original booking and refund any payments made (minus the deposit).
  • Extenuating Circumstances: If there’s an unavoidable situation, we may waive the rescheduling fee or refund the deposit at our discretion. Just let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

 
No-Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance, we will retain all payments made. This helps cover the costs of reserving time and space for your session.

2. Products
At Coast Life Baby Bump, we want you to love your purchases. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made our return and refund policy as easy and hassle-free as possible.

Incorrect or Missing Products
If there’s an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item or a missing product—please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The incorrect or missing item(s)
  • The correct item(s) you should have received

We’ll make it right and send out the correct product as soon as possible.

Changed Your Mind?
If you change your mind about a product, we’re happy to offer a store credit for the full price of the item (excluding shipping). Here’s what you need to know:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return.
  • Return shipping is at your expense, and we recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return and issue your store credit. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the return is complete.

Defective or Malfunctioning Products
If your product is defective, malfunctioning, or doesn’t perform as expected, we’ll take care of it. Just let us know within 7 days of receiving your product, and we’ll either:

  • Provide a refund for the price you paid, or
  • Offer you a store credit to select something else.
