Before booking an ultrasound or purchasing services, we kindly ask that you review the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our services, and by booking with us, you agree to abide by them.

1. Service Description

At Coast Life Baby Bump, we provide non-diagnostic ultrasound services, including 3D, 4D, and 5D imaging. Our services are designed to offer expecting parents a chance to see and connect with their baby before birth, including viewing their baby’s facial features, movements, and hearing the heartbeat. Please note, our ultrasounds are non-diagnostic and are not intended to replace medical care or professional prenatal evaluations.

2. Non-Diagnostic Ultrasound

Our ultrasound sessions are for bonding and entertainment purposes only. We do not offer medical diagnoses or evaluations. While we make every effort to ensure the highest quality imaging, any medical concerns should be directed to your primary healthcare provider.

3. Booking & Payment

• Booking: To schedule an ultrasound session, please book via our website, by phone, or through email. Bookings are subject to availability.
• Payment: A50% non-refundable deposit or full payment (depending on the type of package) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If a deposit is paid at booking then full payment is required on the day of the service. Payments can be made via credit card or PayPal.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel and 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, all bookings are final and deposits and full payment of particular packages non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling, depending on availability. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.

5. Health & Safety

For your safety, we ask that you provide accurate and honest information about your health and pregnancy history at the time of booking. While our ultrasound services are safe, we reserve the right to refuse services if there are any medical concerns or if your pregnancy is not suitable for a non-diagnostic ultrasound. In such cases, you will be informed and advised to consult with your healthcare provider.

6. Ultrasound Imaging

• Image Quality: While we strive to provide high-quality 3D/4D/5D ultrasound images, the clarity and quality of images may vary depending on factors such as the stage of pregnancy, position of placenta, fetal position, maternal body type, and amniotic fluid levels.
• No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee specific images, including clear facial features or certain views of the baby. Our team will do everything possible to obtain the best results.
• Recording and Photography: You are welcome to take photos and videos of your ultrasound session, and we encourage sharing your experience with family and friends. However, please follow the guidance of our staff to ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

We value your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal and medical information confidential. Any information you provide to us, including your personal details, pregnancy history, and ultrasound images, will be kept secure and will only be shared with your permission, or as required by law.

8. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates purchased from Coast Life Baby Bump are non-refundable and can only be used for the services or in-store products as specified. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and must be used within the specified time period as per our policy.

9. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort during your ultrasound, by using our services, you agree to release Coast Life Baby Bump, its owners, and employees from any liability. You acknowledge that any medical concerns, complications, or issues should be addressed with your healthcare provider.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Coast Life Baby Bump reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Please review these terms regularly to stay informed about any changes that may affect your experience.
