4. No Medical Claims I acknowledge that Coast Life Baby Bump and its staff are not licensed to provide medical diagnoses and will not be interpreting the ultrasound images for medical purposes.
5. Confidentiality I consent to the ultrasound session being documented, and I understand that my personal information will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without my consent, unless required by law.
6. Voluntary Participation I understand that I am participating in this service voluntarily and that I may withdraw my consent at any time.
7. Photos and Media Consent I consent to photographs or videos being taken during my ultrasound session. I agree that these images and videos may be used by Coast Life Baby Bump for promotional purposes, including on social media, the website, and other marketing materials. I understand that these images may be shared publicly.
